Fields are white!! Where are you reaping? Pray with us to the Lord of the harvest to help us equip, train, and send laborers into ripened fields!

Our team covered four districts recently to disciple, train, equip, and empower leaders in fields ready with immense harvest. They were able to train 400 people and distribute 210 Bibles to hungry hearts in two weeks out in the field.

As new believers received the Word of God for the first time, they were overjoyed to have their own “weapon.” Now they could read, study, and become equipped, they said, to share the same stories with others.

One man said, “For sure we have been dead for a long time! But your coming has reawakened us from the grave!”

A pastor stated, “May the Lord help us to begin fulfilling the Great Commission in a new way and live like people who are in the last days.”

Wherever our team went with the Word to equip the body of Christ, they found great spiritual hunger and need. These believers were crying out for a fresh visitation from the Lord. Through each mission and training God was doing a deep spiritual surgery in the lives of these young leaders and new believers in these remote village areas.

As our team leader continued to share…

“The Manafa mission was a great experience. We had 150 leaders who participated in the conference. We handled leadership and discipleship teaching concurrently. At the same time we created time to meet the youth. What a blessing to inspire the younger generation with greater vision and instill hope and the fear of God in their lives. We were able to distribute 104 Bibles in that area. It amazed us that the majority of the people didn’t have Bibles at all. In the process of Bible distribution, three ladies reached for the same Bible and almost started to struggle for it. They were all desperate for the Word of God! One of them said to me, “Pastor I had never touched a Bible with my own hands. Please give me one, if I have found favor before you!” I was so touched and moved by her yearning for the Word of God, and surely, that woman received a Bible that day.

New Bibles!

New Bibles!

On Sunday I was invited to minister in a local church of 128 members. When I asked them to raise their Bibles up, only two hands went up with Bibles. As soon as I started preaching, people began shrieking from the audience.  We had to carry on deliverance first, before I could continue with the message. I was shocked to realize that out of the gathering that day, only six people were born again! I thank the Lord for the open doors through this Anglican Church. God wanted us to reach the lost even within the church!

The most thrilling thing was that 63 leaders gave their lives to Jesus as their Lord and personal Savior that day! Halleluiah! When I made the altar call I thought they had not understood. I had to make sure I made myself clear. So I called forward only those who wanted to receive Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. The number kept increasing until 63 marched forward with all their hands raised up, while others were sobbing and tears rolling down their cheeks.

During the evening outdoor crusades, so many more gave their lives to Christ.

Hungry for the Living Word!

Hungry for the Living Word!

Some were saved during the preaching, and others during the Jesus Film showing. A precious elderly woman struggled with great difficulty to walk forward during altar call. I thought she needed healing, as she walked slowly, trying to steady herself. But when she reached me, she said, “ I want to receive Christ as my Lord and Savior.”

When I asked the pastor about this little lady, he said she had been an elder in the Anglican church for years. She was just now giving her life to Jesus. How sad, and yet how glorious, that she finally met her Savior and still has time to serve Him. We give all the glory to Jesus, for the great things He did!

We asked the leadership of that diocese to begin the discipleship program until we could return and do more Bible school training. It is on our schedule to be back there for a more intense time of discipling and equipping.

One young church leaders testified after the training: “I discovered I had no fear of the Lord. This discipleship has caused me to take God seriously! I desire to obey to everything the Lord will tell me to do. I will also teach others to fear God. I discovered I have so far done almost nothing as far as the ministry is concerned. New Testament survey has opened my eyes to do the ministry of evangelism and to develop others in leadership while I have an opportunity. I have also learned that all ministry is fruitless and powerless without the Holy Spirit. I am resolved to seek God and be filled with the Holy Spirit even more, so I may operate in His power and the gifts of His Holy Spirit. Amen.”

Brothers and Sisters, the Lord says to us,  “Arise and thresh!” (Micah 4:13a) The harvest is ready. The Lord is looking for harvesters!
